Having stayed before we were...

Liked: Very nice location close to the Ocean. Good range of restaurants nearby - 10 mins drive. Breakfast selection was OK. but room is clearly too small for the number of guests. 16 seats available.
Disliked: We stayed on the ground floor and the noise from the apartment above was too loud due to poor soundproofingBreakfast room is clearly too small for the number of guests. 16 seats available.

Dreadful experience and improfessional without...

Liked: Location
Disliked: They cancelled my confirmed booking on Booking.com without any notification and couldn’t explain the reason why they did that. They could just accommodate us for one night after a lot of request. It was a really poor experience dealing with the staff at the reception desk when we reached at the hotel late. I had a young kid and luggage and realising that you don’t have a booking at night was dreadful. The receptionist just didn’t want to listen and could not provide even a single proof that he tried contacting us. We had already informed them about late checkin but no acknowledgment. Booking.com told us later that they overbooked/double booked and hence had to cancel. This was so inappropriate dealing. So beware of such greedy practices and hotels.

We are definitely going back...

Liked: Overall excellent experience! Huge room, great breakfast and excellent location near the ocean.
Disliked: We would have loved to stay a whole week!

For the price, I expected...

Disliked: The room/bathroom could use a little updating. The paint was dirty and chipped/scratched, carpets dirty, tile in shower had a lot of patching and room did not smell clean.Breakfast was the same every morning with a long line for waffles.
