Great place to stay

Liked: Really convenient for the centre of Los Gatos. Very comfortable and clean property Breakfast was great - not as good when the main man was off - his replacement didn’t bother with pastries or granola. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Passable

Disliked: The beds and pillows. Bed to hard, pillows too flat.

Disliked: There was a lot of noise in the morning. Not sure who or what was making all the noise!

Nice room but a few...

Liked: Convenient location near freeway, but no freeway noise. Large clean room. Very comfortable bed. Virtual check-in and check-out were very efficient. Good blackout window shades. Location seemed safe.
Disliked: Noisy rooms -- not well insulated, especially from upstairs neighbors. Late at night, it sounded like they built a dance studio and then put on a dance performance. Refrigerator hum was loud, but heater was pretty quiet. Room temp is fixed, so you can't change it. It was a bit cold, so we definitely had to use the extra blanket from the closet. All pillows were down-filled, so if you're allergic be sure to bring your own pillow or maybe they have others available. If you dislike being surrounded by images of cats, stay elsewhere. They're in the lobby and in the rooms -- no way to avoid them.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and had a variety of choices to choose from.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. I don't say that about hotel breakfasts, but it was really good. Better quality than you usually find. It was worth the stay just for that.
Disliked: You could tell some things had been remodeled, some not... Even in our room. The TV didn't work in the fitness center, and our room TV only got basic cable.
