Comfortable room, good nights sleep...

Liked: Quiet and comfortable room. Good nights sleep. Breakfast very good.
Disliked: Extractor fan came on with bathroom main light. Bit noisy and prolonged but used small light above mirror instead and this was then okay.

Disliked: Returned to hotel for dinner.Both had fish and chips. The fish was wet and the batter was sloppy. Chips and veg was cold and unedible.

Liked: Lovely staff throughout the hotel, very friendly and helpful. We were traveling for a family bereavement, and the staff at reception were more than accommodating to our needs. Clean and spacious bedroom with all facilities catered for .Tea and Coffee tray in room also complimentary water. Extra fresh towels supplied. Food served in bar was excellent and reasonably priced .
Disliked: Limited access to sockets in the room, the ones available were covered by the heavy desk/tv table .No small mirror in room for make up or while using hair dryer.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful, and the staff went out their way to make our stay as comfortable and stress free as possible as they could!!
Disliked: Bit loud when they have events going on, but that has to be understandable!!

Wonderful overnight stay.

Liked: Location was excellent for travelling into Edinburgh for rugby match the next day. Our room was really comfortable and very clean. We ate in the restaurant - food was delicious and really good value for money. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and cheerful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Disliked: The weather 😊We had a four hour drive through a storm to get there!If only Best Western could control the weather 😊
