Great location and staff. Tiny...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to tube. Clean.
Disliked: Size of the room was tiny! And the bathroom was tiny! Sink…also tiny. Not even a side table to put anything on and nowhere to put luggage. The room was also very hot to sleep in and there was building work going on close by.

Really lovely hotel with beautiful...

Liked: The suite was beautiful……a joy to be in & the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had
Disliked: The air con didn’t work and it really was very hot in the room

Very small rooms, or basement...

Liked: Reception nice and recently refurbished
Disliked: I booked executive room as I wanted to be comfortable.First I got a room in the basement. When complaining I got "upgraded" to a room so small that I could not use the toilet ( without discomfort), and I am a slim fit man
