Nice stay, good value for...

Liked: Nice stay at this hotel.Everything I needed was provided and it is in a very good location.Good value for money.It must have been recently refurbished as it looked pretty new.There was a little issue when I checked-in but the staff was nice and made sure that my stay wasn’t impacted.
Disliked: Wifi wasn’t working.

Liked: The hotel was clean and the room was modern. The staff were very nice, and took our concerns into account at the end of our visit.
Disliked: We got the economy room, so maybe we would have had a significantly better experience with a different room. The room was in the lower ground floor, and was tiny. You could barely move and there wasn’t much place to put anything. The sink is also very poorly designed. There is only one knob to increase both the temperature and the pressure, so if you want water that is warmer than freezing cold, then the pressure was super high, and water would go everywhere. There was no way around it. So basically, everything in the bathroom was constantly wet. We explained our complaints to staff who took it seriously, but it did put a damper on the whole trip.

Liked: The whole street is picturesque, but this building has been restored to its glory days.
Disliked: Lift wasn’t working on the arrival. But this happens you’ll always remember taking the stairs and being relieved when you walk in to your elegant bedroom.
