You have friendly staff, but...

Liked: The staff was great and friendly. We also did like the plugs access everywhere in the room. This helped us charge all of my electronics. The shower pressure was good.The location was GREAT! It was near everything.
Disliked: The elevator bell was ringing the whole time (non-stop) and we heard it in our room the whole night. Also the bed was not a comfortable as I hoped it would be based on my stay at other locations.We had to meet friends on Sunday afternoon. If not we would have checked out Saturday night. We did not get any good sleep due to the bell and the bed.

Liked: The outside of the property appeared well-kept with ample parking. I was greeted by the staff with a smile. Check in pricess was quick. The room was larger than expected and very clean. I slept very well on the comfortable queen bed. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and delicious. Overall, an excellent experience.
Disliked: I didn't realize there was a second roll down shade to block out the parking lot lights the first night. Maybe that info could be included at checkin.

Disliked: Metal bed stands guess people hitting them with feet at night and makes loud noise through out hotel floor. Sunday breakfast no coffee no juice for non coffee drinkers and need microwave in that kitchen area to heat breakfast up
