While I appreciated the cleanliness...

Liked: It was clean, which was VERY much appreciated! I used my black light to check everything from linens to the bathroom…, all looked great!
Disliked: THE BED WAS HORRENDOUS! I swear it was like I climbed up onto a big board covered with a sheet! I have NEVER, come across such a hard bed in my life. Some that were ridiculously too soft or worn out, but NEVER a rock hard bed! The first night, your security guard ( which I appreciated that you had one patrolling the property and lot👍🏻), came by my vehicle to check on why I was there. I explained the bed was rock hard. He asked if I had a room. I showed him my card, told him my room number and name. He then apologized for scaring me ( a little), and told me to have a safe night. When I went back up at 5:30am, I realized I could use the extra pillows from both beds to use as a cushion. It helped get me through my stay, BUT I have to say my sleep was not good! When I booked, I knew you had a convention that pretty much filled the hotel. But it didn’t dawn on me that you wouldn’t have an elevator to the higher floor. As an older woman with both knees replaced, it was difficult climbing the stairs with my luggage.
