The manager was the best hospitality professional I have encountered in a long time. We had no issues at all. If we had, I am very confident it would have been addressed immediately.

This was the worst hotel experience we have had in a long time. The room burned my nose and eyes from cold and the bed was like a rock! The tv was old and outdated. When we called the front desk the man showed up at our room with a spray bottle to spray some chemical deodorizer in the room!!!! I was at a convention all day and so looking forward to a hot bath and the water was set to a maximum temperature so it was tepid and I couldn't have a hot bath. As well the internet was very slow to work on and it was down a lot of the time. I would have left except I paid online and the front desk said they could not refund my money. We were very disappointed with this hotel. In the past we have had much better experiences. We were just in Clearwater and had a nice room, excellent bed.....We are business people and have travelled from Canada to US 3 times in the past 6 months and will be travelling in Florida very often, so it would be nice to know that we could stay in a Best Western and have a dependable experience ( unlike this past one).

It was a good place...

Liked: The room where you slept was big and spacious.
Disliked: The bathroom is way to small. The tub is only like 2 to 3 inches away from toilet and the the sink is even closer. When you went to use the toilet you felt cramped. Also the tub had a big dent where water settles and does not drain. which leaves a big yellow stain in the tub. I elected to go shower at a friends hotel room who was staying at another hotel nearby.

Disliked: The hotel is very old just looks like they keep patching over old materials. Smelt very moldy. Carpets in the room need to be replace with tile much better results For the price $180/night was a bit much for the poor quality. But was okay for a place to sleep after a concert .
