Unacceptable and disappointing

Liked: Good location, spacious parking lot
Disliked: The premises are dated, dirty and messy, major refurbishment is needed.The room itself smelled bad, the bedsheets were not fresh, hair on the pillows, mould and paint coming off the walls in the bathroom, very noisy fridge.Very disappointing considering value for money and comparing to other BWs.
