Liked: The hotel location is excellent, in walking distance (15-20 min walk) from the city center, central train and bus station, close to different bus stops taking you all around the city and Coop a few hundred meters away. All members of staff I met was very supportive, kind. The choice of food is large, I simply loved the fresh buns with butter, variety of cheese, ... taking breakfast in a cosy dining room.
Disliked: The bed was a bit too soft for my taste :). I found only black and green tea bags in the hotel, but a short visit to Coop helped it expand to roibos, fruit, herbal tea :)
