Liked: We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The cleanest room we have ever stayed in and very comfortable and quiet. We slept very well. The hotel staff were very friendly. We would recommend the hotel to others. We are already planning a return visit. Parking was good and we loved the garden area.
Disliked: Overall breakfast was good but the toaster didn't work well so we ended up with 3 rounds of burnt toast before getting some that was edible.

Liked: Dog friendly (i am not a dog owner) there are lots of separate areas in this quaint place. I really enjoyed having dogs around but not part of the restaurant and they enhanced my visit. Talked to people I may not have connected with but for the pooch. Loved it.
Disliked: This stay met my expectations

Liked: All staff encountered were professional am polite.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. One cooked breakfast order was delivered not as requested. The first rounds of toast were cold. Portions were on the smallish side. The continental breakfast spread was disappointing.

Liked: Convenient location on fairly main road
Disliked: A little tired if I’m honest. I don’t much care for hotels that control the heating centrally and as an adult guest, you can’t have the heating on when you want. I wake up early, had to put extra clothes on and get back into bed as the heating didn’t appear to come on until 6.30am.

Liked: Lovely garden area, good selection of food at breakfast, pleasant staff, very clean environment, stylish room, relaxing atmosphere
Disliked: Could have done with a handle on the bath as not much support getting in and out of it. Pillows a bit too bulky

Disliked: There was no parking in the hotel car park and I had to park on the road
