Reception was friendly and super helpful. She had a great personality. Room was beautiful and comfortable.

Room was nice, shower was nice, facilities were locked from outside and so was the elevator. Definitely made us feel safe. The breakfast was good!

My boyfriend and I stayed here recently and had an awesome stay. The hotel is in a great location and our king suite was fantastic!

Hotel is great! Great location, just couple blocks from OnCenter and there are many restaurants and bars in immediate area. Staff was excellent: polite and helpful. They park your car (free). Refrigerator, microwave, and stove in rooms. Had umbrellas on hand for guests. Free breakfast in the morning which was eggs to order, buffet with hash browns, sausage, scrambled eggs and much more. Had a very pleasant stay!
Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The hotel was near to the OnCenter and many places to eat and drink. Excellent breakfast was included too.

In town to see Experience Hendrix concert at Syracuse Landmark Theater. Great hotel location, just steps from the show. Great restaurants and pubs nearby. Very friendly staff and excellent free breakfast at hotel.
