Very good hotel and great location for the event we were attending at The Roundhouse, Camden.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Very clean hotel
Disliked: No fridge, room very hot even with fans. Pillows inferior

Our go to favorite hotel.

Liked: Swiss cottage is a hidden gem. Rooms are good size, with comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is full English, ala cart and buffet. Very good indeed.All in all a good value for the money.

Liked: The staff where extremely friendly. The hotel was in a good location. The bed was very comfortable lots of complimentary tea & coffee, plenty of complimentary toiletries.
Disliked: The pillows where like bricks, extremely hard, I folded the towel and used that ad a pillow. Breakfast is one price it maybe a good idea to have a price for continental breakfast and a price for English breakfast. I paid £12.95 for coffee & weetabix.. I stayed in the room below reception so it extremely noisy.

Disliked: I was given room 8 . I have not stayed in the basement before- probably because of being a basic room.Dark and dingy.

Good location for the part...

Liked: The staff were very helpful. I also liked the decor - it wasn't a cookie cutter hotel. It had some old fashioned style.
Disliked: The beds were fine but not that comfortable.
