Perfect location for anyone visiting...
Liked: Great location near to the Swiss Cottage Tube Station and nice quiet neighbourhood. We got an upgrade to a family room. Full English breakfast or Continental. Spacious room.
Disliked: No Draught beers at the small bar.

Superb
Liked: Friendly staff, charming hotel. Although our request to have rooms next to each other was forgotten, the staff on site was helpful and corrected the mistake on the next day.

Pleasant
Liked: The room hadn't been cleaned properly on arrival as there were hairs on the bathroom floor. There was no bedside lamp, only a very bright main light with one light bulb not working. Although Hampstead and Swiss Cottage are mostly very nice, Finchley Road is extremely busy with a very unfriendly vibe and it is generally pretty run down and grotty. There is so much traffic in the local area that the air quality is poor and made my eyes and nose run.

Provided exactly what I needed.
Liked: Late booking, late arrival, but both executed efficiently. Friendly helpful staff, changed room because of lack of lift to floor I was meant to be on, but politely warned me of downside of ground floor room I was given.(opposite check in)
Disliked: Really not anything.
