Disliked: The lady at the front desk was extremly rude when we tried to check in at 2:00 (we were in town for a graduation and needed to leave the hotel by 4:30). We needed time to change and get cleaned up before leaving for the event. The lady at the counter in a very rude voice said "Check in is at 3 you need to come back in 1 hour." I mentionn I thought it was a 2 o'clock check in and she said NO it is 3. I said is there anyway to do an early check in if we can pay for it? She said your room is still dirty and needs to be cleaned, maybe try back in 30 min. So we went and walked around the mall for half an hour. We went back to check in a 2:30 and thank goodness someone else was working the counter. I explained our situation and she said let me check if your room is ready. She said no it is still being cleaned. We asked can we just get a different room that is clean and ready. The lady said well the previous lady had assigned us a room but was still dirty. I said just please give us another room so we can get ready to go to our event. She called someone on the radio and then proceeded to check us in. We drove around the building to our room and saw the door was wide open. We thought they must still be cleaning it. But we decided to go to the room anyway and 2 guys (who worked for the hotel) were sitting on the couch watching the TV. The room was cleaned but they were using it to watch tv. They left our room, opened the door nextdoor and started watching tv in the next room. Extremly frustrated to have had to go through all of this just to try to get to our sons graduation on time.

Liked: The location was wonderful. Located next to shopping mall. Breakfast was great! The room size was nice.
Disliked: The parking was tight.
