Liked: I have reached out to you, Booking.com. YOU overcharged for the hotel room and the attendant at the motel let us know. It is pretty bad when their rate is cheaper than booking.com. Having paid you before I got there, there was nothing I could do. But you guys can. I should be reimbursed and I will pay the motel directly! I am very upset. I was informed I was overcharged over the regular room rate, even without a AARP or senior discount. Wasn’t even offered that in the booking! I would like to receive a full refund for misrepresentation of what you do! You clearly took advantage of a senior elderly person. Disliked: Didn't know there was an outside Patio door. The light in the bath room was so loud you couldn't remain in there for very long.The noise level outside was constant semis coming in to the business that sounded like it was attached to the motel. Very loud.... hard to rest! The ONLY GOOD THING AT THIS PLACE WAS BREAKFAST! I WILL BE WATCHING MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL REFND.

Liked: The facility was obviously a little older and remodeled. Everything was great, don’t get me wrong, but the room just had an odd old smell to it.
Disliked: Just the smell of the room. Everything else was truly great.

Disliked: The room needed more attention. Drapes old and partial down. Bathroom could be cleaner.

We will stay here again.
