Liked: Breakfast was good as was the staff who were very responsive to any concerns. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Indoor pool needed to be cleaned as well as the outdoor pool. Bathtub was grungy even after it had been cleaned again at our request.Loud guests directly under us. Their cigarette and grill smoke came right into our open windows.

Beautiful relaxing place to stay...

Liked: Location and comfort. Great breakfast too
Disliked: Went to take a shower and no hot water but… they let us change rooms and promised something off the bill. So far I have not received the deduction that was promised.

Only a step above the...

Liked: The complementary tea.
Disliked: No handicap access to second floor, room had bad smell, overall out dated facility, breakfast undesirable, staff and guests very loud in halls at night, sofa bed very uncomfortable.
