The hotel itself was fine in appearance. If the air conditioning had worked it would have been fantastic. They said the only thing they could do was bring in a fan. Our night was miserable because of the heat. Not sure if we would come back simply because of the A/C.

Disliked: A/C in room did not work. When we complained they brought us a fan. It was a very uncomfortable night.

I will stay again.

There can't be a better value hotel in Nashville! For the price paid, this hotel more than delivered. The front desk staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious and updated, and the continental breakfast was adequate. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Have stayed in many hotels in all price ranges. This was the best value in the area with the most comfortable bed in any hotel I have stayed. Good location, magnifiying mirror in bathroom - nice touch for those of us who wear glasses :). All around great place to stay!

Liked: Staff is wonderful and helpful. Nice Breakfast in the morning. We like the shuttle to Broadway.
Disliked: When you touched up the brown paint on the dividers in our room, it is very messy. The rooms are nicely done, Please don't compromise the quilty by a missy paint job.
