The hotel itself was fine in appearance. If the air conditioning had worked it would have been fantastic. They said the only thing they could do was bring in a fan. Our night was miserable because of the heat. Not sure if we would come back simply because of the A/C.

Disliked: A/C in room did not work. When we complained they brought us a fan. It was a very uncomfortable night.

I will stay again.

There can't be a better value hotel in Nashville! For the price paid, this hotel more than delivered. The front desk staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious and updated, and the continental breakfast was adequate. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Have stayed in many hotels in all price ranges. This was the best value in the area with the most comfortable bed in any hotel I have stayed. Good location, magnifiying mirror in bathroom - nice touch for those of us who wear glasses :). All around great place to stay!

Disliked: We were awaken by the fire alarm beeping for low battery and it was voice alarm so it repeated saying low battery. This was early in the morning so we had to get up and go to the front desk. The lady went to our room and change the battery. We went back up only to find the alarm was still beeping and repeating low battery. We called and told the front desk . Waited no one came. We called again and they came finally and change batteries again. The gentleman had been gone a few minutes and the alarm started again. My husband went down to the desk again and they gave us keys to another room. I was just getting it out the shower and had to pack up our things and move. The day did not start out well for a trip that was supposed too be relaxing after a stressful work week. The next day at check out we eating at the front desk but no one came. A sign was posted that receptionist would be right back. No one in sight which we thought was unusual. We continued to wait but no one came so we left.

Great location and excellent value.

Liked: Great location for us, Quiet at night but close enough to walk to Music City Bar & Grill and The Nashville Palace etc. Breakfast was excellent and Tea and Coffee available 24 hours a day was great.The staff were super friendly will definitley be using Best Western Suites near Opryland on our next visit.

Clean and Comfortable plus affordable!!

Liked: It was clean, the staff were very friendly. Especially the lady working the breakfast this morning. I didn’t catch her name. She went above and beyond for everyone.
Disliked: The only thing I can think to complain about was that the elevators are soooo slow!!
