Best Western Suites Near Opryland, Nashville

The hotel itself was fine in appearance. If the air conditioning had worked it would have been fantastic. They said the only thing they could do was bring in a fan. Our night was miserable because of the heat. Not sure if we would come back simply because of the A/C.

Disliked: A/C in room did not work. When we complained they brought us a fan. It was a very uncomfortable night.

I will stay again.

There can't be a better value hotel in Nashville! For the price paid, this hotel more than delivered. The front desk staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious and updated, and the continental breakfast was adequate. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Have stayed in many hotels in all price ranges. This was the best value in the area with the most comfortable bed in any hotel I have stayed. Good location, magnifiying mirror in bathroom - nice touch for those of us who wear glasses :). All around great place to stay!

It was a good stay...

Liked: The room was very clean. The dining room staff member (I think her name was Delia) for our first 3 days was amazing and very accommodating! The location was quite good with many restaurants and tourist attractions.
Disliked: We found the room was dark during the day (small window). Most hotels have larger windows which provide ++ brightness during the day. The breakfast was good for the first couple of days 2 days but after that, more options should have been given like an omelet, french toast, boiled eggs, home fries. Also more fresh fruit could have been provided like blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, canteloupe, melon. Someone was tampering with the door inside of our room from the adjacent room during the second night of our stay. We had to ask them to stop. That was the first and only time this occurred. It was a bit disconcerting!
