Disliked: the guy behind that counter was being sketchy. He took copy of my debit card and I had to shut it off.

Very disappointed
Liked: Location was convenient to access highway and stores
Disliked: Both room 201 and 206 the blankets and pillows were dirty. 201 had no towels tv channels didn’t work and broken beds. Room 206 shower didn’t work water constantly ran beds were broken and have metal bars coming out the side of them they said they had a pool which upon arrival they say it’s out of service to use pool across the street which is also out of service everyday our keys had to be redone it kept locking us out

Disliked: The noise from the interstate was terrible. The room felt a little musty and the place really needs updated.

Clean and comfortable stay
Liked: It was nice and clean. The breakfast was decent, and the staff on morning shift provided outstanding customer service so I commend them for that. However at check-in, the gentleman at front desk was not so personable! He failed to provide the confirm check-out time or the time they served breakfast. I had to go online for that information. He was very dry, did not greet us as we entered. He appeared to not want to engage at all which was a very unpleasant check-in experience. Other than that, everything else was great!
Disliked: The check-in experience was very unprofessional and the gentleman at front desk personality was very dry. He failed to inform us of time they serve breakfast or confirm check out time. I had to look that information up online. He didnt greet us when we arrived.
