Liked: I loved that breakfast was served until 9:30, however, we would go down around 8-8:30 and both mornings we were there they weren't prepared for the number of people and we would have to wait a while for things to be refilled and more food to be put out. Also, we loved the queen suit that had bunk beds for our kids but the mattresses were not comfortable very springy and the pillows were also uncomfortable. The pool was nice and the staff was friendly. The hotel looked very nice, and was clean.

Liked: Tasty breakfast with ample options. Convenient location. Fantastic, friendly staff.
Disliked: We’ve stayed at this location 1-2 times/year when seeing family. This year the cleanliness challenges were noted significantly, especially floors.
