Terribly bad

Liked: The elevator was brokenThe ice machine was broken The pop machines were all broken.Put in the 3rd floor 65 bad knee up and down the step 20 times.Asked for a lower floor said no rooms available.I wasn’t a full refund.

Amazing place for the price.

Liked: The king suit was nice and spacious. Would visit again for sure.

Never again

Liked: We chose this hotel for the indoor pool. However once we arrived and went to the pool it was ice cold. I went to the front desk and they told us the heater was broken and they wouldn’t give me a refund. I couldn’t even speak to a manager or supervisor

Disliked: Elevators were not working. I requested a room on the first floor because of physical issues and was not able to get that accommodation and had to use stairs during my entire visit.

Liked: One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!!

Disliked: A few stains on pillow cases. Breakfast bar could have been a little better.

If the elevator was not...

Liked: The breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. But small. Even the sink is out of the bathroom.
Disliked: Elevators was broken. I have to carry my baggage up to 3. floor.
