I recommend this hotel because they have a good attention to the customer and they try to fit your needs.

Super excellent! Staff is the very best. Sonya, at front desk, and Hashiff as my driver for the free shuttle are both the very best. They went out of their way to above and beyond. The best hotel experience ever. Wonderful breakfast too - thank you so much again!

Where there is one roach...

Disliked: Room had a roach running through the bathroom that I had to kill. I requested a different room which was honored.

Friendly staff, Issues remedied

Liked: The staff was friendly and the ooms were comfortable,
Disliked: one of the rooms we were given access to was not ready for guests....several issues with it, but they gave us another room instead. TV was not easy to figure out, but they sent a maintenance guy up...turns out an unlabeled switch at the room entrance was off, which effected the TV.
