I recommend this hotel because they have a good attention to the customer and they try to fit your needs.

Super excellent! Staff is the very best. Sonya, at front desk, and Hashiff as my driver for the free shuttle are both the very best. They went out of their way to above and beyond. The best hotel experience ever. Wonderful breakfast too - thank you so much again!

Liked: Breakfast was kept well stocked. Room was small but comfortable.Lady at checkin friendly and checkin quick.Close to subway into Washington DC.
Disliked: Breakfast serving area was small and a little crowded. Elevator was pretty slow to 6th floor.Computer checkout.

Disliked: Cleanliness of our room floor was poor. The smell on the lobby when we walked in was terrible...like some heavy duty chemical mixed with insecticide. The next day it was a little better. The virtual check in wasn't enjoyable although the staff tried his best to be friendly and cordial.

Liked: The smell when entering the lobby was quit nice, the gentleman was nice, knew his job, lack of eye contact, but other than that... cool.
Disliked: The smell in my room was one of damp/mold, water damage was detected. Found in the bathroom signs of such!
