A friend and I were attending the Gluten Free/Allergen Free Expo at the Mass Mutual Center and needed a place to stay for the night. We didn't need anything fancy or expensive, just a place to lay our heads. The Best Western was just what we needed. It was close to local restaurants, and shopping. It was easy to get to, and the rooms were clean. If I ever find the need to stay in Springfield again, I would definitely give them a call.

Disliked: A little outdated and the bathroom, though clean at first sight, could use deep cleaning (light switches, doors). But I used to work at a hotel, and I am picky. Breakfast could be much better.
