Pleasant

Liked: Liked support from receptionist in evening - excellent. Breakfast was adequate for the day. Location perfect for my work. Good thai and lebanese restaurants in walking distance.
Disliked: Mix up with card key on first day lead to me entering another guest's room. It was resolved as guest had not checked in correctly leaving room appearing vacant - but was a shock! No kettle in room. Room not cleared at all in week - I had to ask for fresh towels. Quiet though and comfortable to sleep in with adequate sized clean rooms. Its a no nonsense place good for people working all day and needing to be on own in evenings.

Disliked: The hotel changed the room to other facilities, they didn't ask, it was a similar room but the room was very noisy and not clean.

Liked: The keys for the doors didn’t work , I was let in by the receptionist and stayed in my room after that. poor heating- slept with clothes on. very worn down hotel. no signs outside that it was a Best Western- old sign Maude’s Hotel still up - meaning hard to find without google maps . ordinary breakfast - stay away

Good

Liked: The staff was super friendly. The location was close to the business park in Stockholm - although it was holidays - so it was a bit quiet.
Disliked: The room smelled like body odour from the previous guest. This may have been because the room was super hot in the summer and without air con. Winding down the shade and opening the window helped. Also, there was no iron - so I was a bit stressed trying to find a way to look presentable for work.

Liked: Location was good for my purpose.
Disliked: No channels on the TV in any of the rooms. Apparently they were repairing/installing a TV provider - I would have liked that information before my booking. Breakfast was disappointing..I expected more for the price.
