Liked: Breakfast was good but the best thing about the trip was that it was close to everything. Shopping and restaurants. We loved it.
Disliked: Honestly, everything was nice, especially the staff. They were really nice and helpful.

Liked: My primary expectations regarding hotel stays include clean rooms, updated furnishings, and overall comfort. Best Western Smoky Mountain Inn met all of these.
Disliked: The location and access road seem to be a bit isolated with very little signage. Since the location cannot be changed, I would recommend better signage.

Disliked: Faulty bathtub. Disappointing breakfast. Only one bedside table.No spare pillow.

Liked: The bathroom was dirty, i was afraid of getting athletes foot. The bed sheet were dirty and had holes in them and on one of the beds there was a blood stain.
Disliked: Nothing, dirty, dirty, dirty. The pictures of this hotel online are deceiving and must be photoshopped.
