Generally good, but staff in...

Liked: Well located for nearby shopping mall, public transport and Pyramide Congress Center. Free parking, decent breakfast, comfortable beds.
Disliked: Dated bathroom, no minibar/fridge in the room. These I could live with for a couple of days. What reduced my rating for the hotel was the behaviour of one staff member. On Saturday 16.11.24 and Sunday 17.11.24 it was very, very cold in the breakfast area (the outside temperture was around zero degrees). The reason? The doors in the lobby (leading in the pool) were wide open, so that the receptionist could stand there (on Saturday for at least 25 minutes) and smoke her cigarettes. I pointed out to her after the first day that this was inappropriate. She took no notice and did the same the day after. It is unbelievable that staff are allowed to behave like this. Guests are coming through the lobby to go to breakfast and she just stood there, smoking. Needless to say, after being reprimanded twice, she was unhelpful during the check out.

Good but could be better.

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly. Specially Florian helped used and always welcomed with a smile.
Disliked: Location was a bit out of way but was near to the work of our place., breakfast menu was good but a change in menu on daily basis is recommended. We stayed for 8bdays but was boring seeing the same menu. The wash basin and bath tub was getting blocked and water was getting accumulated. Suggest to incorporate hand bidet for international clients
