Liked: Rooms were great, very clean and had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Cleaning staff/room cleaning service was very prompt every morning and did a great job. Location is fabulous- 3/4 mins drive to caltrain or a 7-8 min bus ride. Front desk is very warm always and prompt - seems like a very well run property with good staff and good management which is why they’re always full!
Disliked: Fitness center was ordinary Cleaning staff once entered the room without asking but it was also my mistake where they asked a few times and knocked tho I never responded. (miscommunication)Breakfast can be better - it’s very basic Vending machine can have more things like toiletries etc to buy Room I got had no sunlight at all - so that was a bummer

Liked: The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious and nice. The breakfast didn’t have a wide variety of options, but it was sufficient and satisfying.

Disliked: I stayed in a room above the lobby, but since there was no elevator, it was inconvenient to carry multiple pieces of luggage.

Liked: Room was great. Even though we were close to the street it was extremely quiet. Front desk was very welcoming. Breakfast was filling.😊
