Liked: The breakfast was excellent and the staff was great! Easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops etc.

average compared to first stay

Disliked: room location and room quality was poor, we paid the same 3 nights earlier and had a great room and experience. The internal rooms near pool are a lot nicer

Disliked: Hotel split on both sides of main street. Door we were advised to enter to get to our room did not work; a fellow guest rang a friend to open the door. Reception staff ( the one who dealt with us) was not particularly helpful. Breakfast not great.Our experience at this hotel caused us to cancel our last booking on our trip and book a different brand.

Good value and convenient

Liked: We stayed one night as a convenient stop on our itinerary and it was fine for this purpose. The included breakfast was better than most other hotels we stayed at during this holiday and we welcomed the fact that proper cutlery and crockery was available as opposed to the cardboard plates and cups and plastic cutlery we found at most other places. It was also the cheapest per night of all the hotels we stayed at during this USA holiday.

Enjoyable

Liked: It is centrally located. It was easy to walk to The Sheridan Inn for an upscale delicious dinner. The breakfast at BW was the best of our two week travels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Being able to do laundry was an added plus.
