Liked: We didn't have towels or wash clothes for 2 days. Had to go buy towels to take a bath.

Liked: Bed was comfortable, location was central to our needs and breakfast was good and ready when we were. We were able to get more coffee for the coffee maker in the room as only one regular packet was there of regular coffee.
Disliked: Housekeeping could have been better in the bathroom and paint on the entry door inside was scuffed up probably from suitcases hitting the door. Good communication from the hotel prior to our stay. We were able to get a ground floor room that we requested.

Disliked: Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. Although we had explicitly booked a non-smoking room, we were initially given a room where people had previously smoked. After we complained, we were given another room, but it also smelled strongly of smoke. Since no other rooms were available, we had to wait until the next day to move into an actual non-smoking room.Unfortunately, the cleanliness was also disappointing. We found hair and trash in the corners of the bathroom, the bed was not clean, and the entire hotel looked worn out and outdated. The hairdreyer was dirty.For us, one thing is clear: we will not be staying at this hotel again.
