Pleasant

Liked: Location, for what we were in town for.
Disliked: Cleanliness could be better. Old soap still in the shower, dirty sheet(stained) on one bed. The mattress need to be replaced, and they completely sink when try to lay on them. No extra pillows are ever available to try and help the comfort of the bed. Breakfast could be better, not restocked very often, but did enjoy coffee being available 24/7.

Liked: Location was good. Room and bathroom were clean.
Disliked: Did not sleep at all due to loud people outside our door all night long in the hall. Breakfast was not much so we walked to Bojangles.

Liked: I liked that it was clean and easy to find. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, checking in/out was simple.
Disliked: The pillows were tiny, and when we asked for more they said they were out…should a hotel run out of pillows?? And this is so random but the carpet in the hallway is a fall hazard. I don’t know what company installed it but it has so many lumps and raised spots. That needs to be corrected asap.

2nd visit, could be last.

Disliked: Flood happen, washed in alot of RATS. SMOKING POT AND BEING DISRUPTIVE TO CUSTOMERS ON 2ND FLOOR.

Liked: The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very nice and clean.
