Gentleman at the front desk...

Liked: Staff member who checked me in went above and beyond. Cleanliness. Room size and value.
Disliked: Burn hole in comforter when, no convenience items to purchase (tooth brush, razor, necessities)

Disliked: Cold showers for all our stay. No compensation for that issue and they ran out of breakfast in the morning so no breakfast….. Really should have been reimbursed some for the no hot showers for the 3 of us….. Not happy….
