Liked: Good Location. Friendly staff, accommodated request for early check in. Room Clean
Disliked: Our Room, #111 Had giant light from the parking lot aimed directly into our room. However, the curtain was not able to fully cover the window--the track only allowed it to go halfway. This made for some challenges getting to sleep. I would suggest for that room, allowing the curtain to cover the entire window.

Liked: Very easy to get to and sweet staff!
Disliked: Getting outdated. It wasn’t dirty but the carpet was ripped and the tub was turning brown.

Liked: Location, price, firm but comfortable bed. We didn’t try breakfast , so I can’t say anything about that.
Disliked: Floor was sticky and dirty. Ottoman and chair had stains. Bedside lamps dirty looking.

Liked: The room and beds were generally comfortable.
Disliked: No convenient outlets for my CPAP. Tub was very slippery. Hard to stand up in. Water faucet handle not ergonomically friendly. Room door latch didn’t work well. Housekeeping had not cleaned well under bed. Debris from previous occupants was discovered when I moved the bed to get to a wall outlet for my CPAP. Room clock had not been plugged in. The lamp fixture on bed night stand had prongs missing from plug so it did not work. Night stand was unstable and rocked. Bathroom exhaust fan extremely loud.

Disliked: They were short staffed and the person doing the breakfast couldn’t keep up. We had been staying in Kentucky all week with wonderful hotel experiences. This was a disappointment.
