Liked: Locatien is perfect for to visit the hystorial city of Murat. It is just a beautiful walk of 1 km along the lakeshore.Parking in front of the hotel and a quiet surrounding.
Disliked: Nothing

Overcharged

Disliked: I got overcharged by 10%.I asked for explanation at checkout and the guy told me he could do nothing at the moment and that he would speak with manager for refund.After 1 months no one contacted me or answer my email

Perfect location to stay for...

Liked: Location, and the large room size. The video front desk for check in and check-out was a new experience, but the staff online were excellent and the process was flawless.

Liked: Good size room with functional air conditioning. Very helpful staff.
Disliked: Lobby and hallway areas were very warm.

Good for a night next...

Liked: -Great location 300 m to the lake -Restaurants on the lake nearby too -Quiet place at night-friendly staff (upgraded me the room when I rejected the room he gave me initially as it wasn’t clean, bed not done)
Disliked: -Noisy when the sun rises as it’s next to a loading area of a company -paid parking 10chf/night (in or outdoors)- 1st room given not clean, neither the beds done (see pic)-noisy ventilation of the A/C- Windows of all the facility need to be cleaned - stain and hairs at the bath even at the upgraded room (see pics)

Liked: Attentive staff, was upgraded to a more spacious comfortable room, lovely breakfast relaxed not rushed, very clean and a perfect location to my niece who lives in Murten. I have been to this hotel 2yrs ago and will definitely be returning for my 3rd visit.
Disliked: TV didn't work for the whole duration of my stay. And my room wasn't cleaned on one occasion. Although that may have been an error on my part as I left do no disturbi hook on the door.
