Liked: The location.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off every morning around 6:15 and the hot water wasn’t working at times.The sink in the bathroom looks like it could fall at any time and the walls looks like they just threw a coat of paint over the existing paint which caused it to bleed through. Not worth the amount they charged.They promised a discount and a call from the Gm, I have yet to receive either.

Terrible rooms, terrible staff, and...

Liked: First room had active loud construction outside my door. I was moved then my room door wouldn’t lock. I was moved again and the room was dirty. There were towels so over the front entrance because it was slippery, instead of a rug/mat. The attendant asked me if I wanted to move rooms when my door wouldn’t lock. I asked if she was there alone would she want to stay in a hotel room that didn’t lock and she said she would be fine. Terrible experience.

Disliked: When I say this he been the absolute worst experience I have ever had . I checked in on March 21,2025 for a nice weekend at SeaWorld with my family . Day one my room didn’t have a microwave so of course that would be a huge inconvenience…… second the housekeeper walked into our room at 6am even though we had a DND out stated she was told we checked out ……. I don’t know why the manger Kristina feels she is to good to return the call of a customer who has been treated like absolute crap ….. as much as society doesn’t want to make certain situations about race …… I believe if I was if a different ethnicity I would have been treated better …. Never again will I stay at any Best Western ! What topped it all off as me and my kids are at Sea World the vest western hotel charged my card an additional $112.59 I had already paid for my stay up until Sunday March 23 in the amount of $230.57 ! This took away the money I saved for the family trip which resulted in us having to come back home one day early due to extra money had been fraudulently taken off my card from the hotel ! The staff are arrogant ,rude and very self centered! Nothing was resolved for me and they ruined my weekend trip with my kids ! This was the worst experience I have ever had !
