Disappointing

It was a good stay.

Liked: It was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The bed was small.

Liked: The first room ac didn't work but they quickly switched us to another room. Very comfortable and affordable
Disliked: Nothing really, had a pleasant stay for the price

Disliked: Everything was dirty. The hallways were so so gross and the restrooms were filthy. Housekeeping came in at 10 toTell us we had checked out … but we hadn’t .

Liked: Convenient and free breakfast
Disliked: The carpet throughout the hallways were dirty and ripped. I had to switch rooms due to ants on window and bed. First room I was assigned looked clean but did not smell clean

Disliked: Not only was staff rude but upon arrival they were not able to find my reservation. Spent an hour on the phone booking and front desk dealing with the issue. Only to go up and as soon as you get off the elevator you see how dirty the hotel is. Carpet is all stained the restroom had random hair everywhere and a big water stain in the restroom. My whole experience was the worse. I should of really checked the reviews.
