Liked: The staff was helpful
Disliked: We were tired and we had to walk a long way to the elevator, felt like miles late at night. When we arrived at our room, it was freezing. Looks like the heater was faulty, we requested for a room change. The receptionist came with the key card but that didn’t work. He had to take stairs to get new set of key cards. Yes the heater in the new room work, but we were extremely tired already and that was an unnecessary hassle. We requested for toothpaste and there was no one to bring it to our room, we had to walk all the way down (felt like miles) to get. Breakfast was disappointing. Just not up to the expectations.

Liked: The location we perfect and in a nice upscale part of the city
Disliked: The hotel was old but, newly renovated! The pics was very misleading for an old building like that to look newly built! Only one elevators that was located down a long hallway then midway down the next hallway. Very inconvenient! We took the stairs which was very unusual, being on the top floor. The bathrooms were small with toilet very close to shower. Overall the pics was very misleading.

Liked: I like that the rooms were close.
Disliked: I did not like that they did not have joining rooms. I would have booked someplace else. Also the hallways were very small felt like I was being cramped into a tiny space when more than one person was walking in the hallway.

Poor

Disliked: The walk ways are having full smoke smell and can hear very loud people watching televisions. Elevator and room also have the same smoke smell. It took sometime to get adjusted into the room. Also, the peeping hole was filled with paper instead of glass seal.Not at all satisfied.

Tv didn’t work in room,...

Disliked: My tv didn’t work in my room. No phone to call front desk. Let stay know twice and nothing was done! I’m still waiting on a manager to call me to make this issue right or I will go higher.

Liked: Offered breakfast, mini fridge and microwave in room
Disliked: Staff was never at the front desk, poor options for breakfast - we ate at IHOP next door instead, dirty tub, dirty room - very dusty, smelled like cigarette smoke in the halls and in the room, elevator is VERY far from the front desk
