Liked: No! Biggest mistake of our trip was choosing this motel, it was horrible. Lots of homeless people, poor staff, did not receive the room we reserved; did not feel safe; almost drove back home and after all this was charged almost $2000; we should have been paid to stay in dangerous conditions; also, the fire alarm in our room was broken and they never came to fix it.

Best Stay with Best Western...

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Shower shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing! I will have to get some for myself. The area was very quiet so our stay was very restful. The staff were very welcoming and quick to address any issues we had with our keys not working. Thank you Best Western for a great stay. I will always be looking for a Best Western when traveling.
