One of the best stays...

Liked: Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming. Our room was excellent and clean. The breakfast was very good.

It was just a place...

Liked: Nice to have free breakfast and the rooms were pretty clean.
Disliked: The gym was very small and limited equipment. We reserved a room with a bathtub and didnt get it and there was a mix up with the reservation and we had to leave a day early.

Liked: Everything it was very clean and the staff was very nice

A well priced hotel in...

Liked: The rooms were priced very reasonably. The two queen bed room where I stayed was very spacious. The hotel is relatively brand new so the room as well as the hallways were very clean as well as the lobby.
Disliked: The hotel is beside the freeway. So from time to time you could hear some vehicle noise. But the most annoying thing that happened is the unwillingness of the hotel staff or front desk to issue me a receipt upon check out. Staff claims that if booking is done thru a third party company policy dictates that the receipt should come from the third party. Upon calling booking.com about the matter, the manager was able to give me a receipt. I think the front desk staff(day and evening) were not knowledgeable about the hotel's legal obligation to issue a receipt to a guest. The question that should really be asked is if the client prepaid the third party for the stay or did the guest decide to pay onsite or pay the hotel. If it is the latter then the hotel is legally bound to issue a receipt to the guest.

Disliked: They charge an extra $50 for early check-in

Other than that the stay...

Liked: I liked how clean it was and how everything was tidy and ready for the next people to stay in :)
Disliked: The shower didn’t get hot what so ever it was hard to shower and it was just very lukewarm warm and I wish there was more parking.
