horrible location

Liked: nothing
Disliked: everything staff was rudebuilding caught in fire and we were outside in the cold for hours no accomodations were made

Yearly stay for Natural Expo

Liked: The location to the event, the breakfast, the staff were great. There's so much potential for this hotel if they keep making updates and improvements.
Disliked: There was a long hair stuck to the shower wall that wasn't ours. The beds and pillows were not comfortable and should be updated.

Liked: We arrived after 4:00 pm. They said our room wasn't ready. I asked how long it would be before we could get into the room. Theu said they had no idea. We also had a disagreement about the room I booked. They said I booked a room with one bed. I said I booked with two QUEEN BEDS. THEY SAID I DIDN'T AND WERE INSISTENT THAT I WAS WRONG. I SHOWED THEM MY RECEIPT ON MY PHONE. THEY DIDN'T APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR ERROR. IT WAS THE HOTEL ERROR, NOT BOOKING. COM.THEY SAID THEY HAD NO QUEEN ROOMS HANDICAP ROOMS LEFT. IWE WERE DELAYED 45 MINUTES BY THEIR RECEPTION STAFF and they ended up putting us in a Double Bed room. The shower in the room had water that trickled out of the faucett. The acoustic in the walls was terrible because we could hear the people in the next using their toilet. I mean, we literally heard them urinate.It was extremely noisy because kids were running up and down the hallways screaming and yelling until midnight. It was a very bad stay ar a hotel I expected a lot more from.
