Liked: Very clean; good breakfast included; nice sized room.

Very frustrating having to have the keys reprogrammed every night because they wouldn't work. Towels didn't get changed one night because another patron hung their 'do not disturb' sign on our door. Not the hotel's fault, but still was irritating.

Liked: Clean and prices are good.
Disliked: Door keys had to reprogrammed every night.

Clean rooms; friendly and helpful staff; will stay there again.

Unfortunate Stay

Liked: This is 2nd time staying here on our return road trip. Like the staff at front desk, so friendly! Love the breakfast. Like dog friendly. We had toy poodles with us. Plenty of towels, cable and wifi.
Disliked: This time our stay was not as nice as our first visit. Our floors were dirty and sticky, we kept getting whiff of pee everywhere. My white socks were black on bottom after walking on floors. The pillows were hard this time. Pee smell was very strong as I tried to sleep, like it was on the furniture next to bed. Next day, when we were getting ready to leave, I pulled blanket on bed back and saw a dried pee spot on it. It was the top side by my face all night.I don't think this room was cleaned, the blankets were not washed for sure and the bed skirts were pee saturated too. I told front desk and showed them picture of blanket so they could deep clean room for next person. They gave me a discount (which i really wasn't caring about) but I just wanted them to be aware because 1st night we stayed was so nice. It was like day and night.

My stay was acceptable

Liked: The location was convenient, didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.
Disliked: 2 vehicles in parking lot with all tires flat, appeared to be abandoned, one was right in front of my rooms door. Also the secondary lock was broken, no worries, I work in building maintenance so I was able to repair and make secure again.

Disappointing

Liked: Location for what we were in town for.
Disliked: The bathroom is small and no place to really sit things such as toiletry bag and make up bag. So I sat the on top of the microwave because there was not counter to place them on. My husband and I woke up early and had to get around. I got up and was walking towards the microwave to get my things to start getting ready. I noticed somethings crawling all over the place. It was small ants. The top of the microwave was covered. Which meant inside and outside of my bags were all these ants. So I moved them to the sink and back of the toilet. I was late getting to my event due to having to unpack everything in these bags wipe them off and the bags. One still had ants of them so I took my things out of it and left it in the trash. The area that our room was in only had parking spots on one side of the drive. So, that left some without being able to park near their rooms. It was extremely disappointing. We will not be going back to stay there again. I couldn’t take photos due to the ants crawling around that they would come out blurry because I tried.

Liked: This place is so quaint and cozy. Loved staying here and will stay again!

Cozy Place of History

Liked: nice quaint cozy cottage vibes. Liked the history around it.Clean, but showing its age, especially the bathroom. TV channels didn't work. Steaming just buffered. That was frustrating when u tried to wind down after long trip. Wifi slow too. They did say they were trying to get TV service to come and fix it. Nice warm breakfast, not just continental. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Just the TV and wifi issues

Liked: I love everything the vintage feel of the property the cool route 66 location the breakfast was really good and the young man who checked me in last night sat.april 5th at around 10 p.m. was fantastic an all around outstanding experience we will definitely be returning
