Liked: Reserved this spot because of advertisement pool…Come to find out can’t cancel the reservationPool is closed, jacuzzi was broken ,what a rip off…

Liked: Breakfast was abundant and staff friendly -I felt heard when I shared my observations about my room!I truly enjoyed talking with the other guests! And I am satisfied that the staff was attentive! Maria Lourdes served a good early breakfast!
Disliked: It’s an older building where I stayed! It’s not easy to update so I understand that the shower and sink which had hairline crack is not easy to replace! I did not notice any baby cockroaches-however, my daughter did and the remote did not work in our room.

Too much hassle

Liked: Breakfast was the only good thing.
Disliked: I had ants in my room,the pool was closedand all ice machines were broken. Then the new roo. They gave me also had ants. I should have been give a discount because of the hassle ut wasnt offered anything. I would not recommend for anyo e to stay at this facility. There were tweakers going through the trash cans lastnight and this morning as i was checking out. I am very disappointed in my stay there.
