Front desk lady Saturday night...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, would of liked something other then wheat bread for an option.. floor was disgustingly sticky
Disliked: Cleaner floor entire breakfast area floor was bad. Not many juice options

Overall it was super clean,...

Liked: The full breakfast and pool area are such a huge perk for us. This is our go to hotel in Rochester when we go visit for appointments
Disliked: The front desk staff weren’t very friendly and seemed upset that we booked our stay through booking.com. Nothing major, but wouldn’t give them 5 stars

Liked: We needed early check in due to traveling far and coming for a funeral. They where very understanding a nice. Room was amazing n pool area as well
