Liked: Room was large and comfortable. Everything looked modern or recently updated. It was quiet and it was an exceptional value especially considering it included a hot breakfast

Liked: Everything was perfect Clean Lobby,Hallways , restrooms the room was perfect nice and cold smelled great just what I expected 10/10 can’t wait to come back to visit Dallas Plus the breakfast is amazing
Disliked: The hash browns needed to be more crispy lol but that’s just my big back liking Other than that everything was Perfect

Disliked: We drove 20 miles in heavy dallas traffic to be told they refunded our money (still checking on that). Said room booking was a mistake. Nearly midnight and we had to drive another 45 miles to find anything. They were charging 300 for a maybe 90$ room anyway. No help whatsoever, just "no room and check back next time". "They made a mistake ". Total BS and disappointing in first place for a 300 room. Had confirmation # and all. Hotel & booking.com very pathetic.

Average place to stay. Okay...

Liked: Good location, breakfast
Disliked: Dated and leaking faucets, broken toilet seat. Worn, stained towels.
