Exceptional stay beyond expectations!

Liked: The entire appeared to be very clean and well maintained. The walk-in shower was spacious with great water pressure. The room has excellent amenities including a large television with a wonderful selection of channel offerings. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The heating/air conditioning unit was quiet and in working order. Breakfast dining was very clean, well organized, with a variety of hot and cold food options. Overall, we had an EXCEPTIONAL stay.

Very nice!

Liked: Room was nice and clean. I was there for nearly a week for a family funeral. Was there longer than I had planned. They extended the stay without any issue and even gave me a bereavement discount. (I didn't taste the breakfast so I can't comment on it)
Disliked: The bed was just slightly uncomfortable for me. I like my bed more on the firmer side and there's were more to the softer side, but that's literally the only knock I can say about my stay

It was wonderful!

Liked: It was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I also bought a few sodas from their market and they were very reasonably priced.
Disliked: We only had 2 towels in the bathroom. Granted we only stayed for 1 night, but it would have been nice to have a fresh towel for our morning shower. But this is nit picking. I'm sure if I would have went to the front desk and asked for 2 more towels they would have been provided. I was just being lazy.

Probably will look elsewhere for...

Disliked: Continental breakfast. Or lack there of

Disliked: The elevator dings very loud at all hours of the night. Breakfast ends a little early

Loved this clean, updated hotel!

Liked: The staff who checked us in were super nice. Both the hotel lobby & our room were both very clean. The hotel is nice & updated. We stayed there to go to a concert and we were less than 10 minutes from the venue, which was perfect.
Disliked: N/A
