Liked: Love this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Room is clean and relaxing.

Liked: The hotel was in a great location, front desk staff were great and beds were comfortable
Disliked: We stayed for 4 nights and staff never once made up our room or replaced the consumables. There was still garbage laying around from past guests

Liked: Breakfast wasn’t included, attached restaurant was a disappointment
Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned the five days of our stay

Liked: I liked that there was a small water park for the kids.
Disliked: So I loved the small water park, but the water was freezing and so was the building itself, my grandsons were shivering and their lips were purple, no kidding.

Liked: Kid friendly! Loved the waterpark!!!
Disliked: Very long walk to front desk if there's a problem after getting to room.
