Liked: This hotel is huge and very nice but the staff could definitely be a little more friendly and more info could be provided at check in considering all the amenities they have, the different hours for said amenities and how large the hotel is, also the water play land for kids its a pretty cold temperature, its colder then their normal pool across the hall, to the point my child didnt like touching the water at all.. Overall great experience though the room was spacious and clean and the location is perfect! I would definitely stay here again!

Just.... make sure your room...

Liked: Location was AMAZING. Near everything we needed. Water softener made my shower good. :) parking was very good, and easy. Vending machines around every corner.
Disliked: Room was filthy. Mystery liquid spattered all over night stand, bathroom door, and headboard upon arriving to hotel. TV remote was sticky.... Carpet visibly wasnt vacuumed before our stay. We found alot of little surprises in random places.... We found wood chips in our bed that didn't come from us. We found confetti on the carpet, and garbage under the bed frame. Pool water was FILTHY gray color. Burnt your eyes to even walk past the pool because of the amount of chlorine. Too crowded to actually enjoy. A hotel this size needs a much bigger pool area. Lights kept flickering in our room. TV didn't work. It was.... not enjoyable to be in the room.
