Liked: Close walk to the subway, many food options & shops!
Disliked: Front desk lady was rude and visibly unfriendly, checking in took a while because she was busy yelling at others and then purposely ignored us for about 5 minutes making herself look busy. Almost regretted booking there but the room was nice and the overnight staff was wonderful and so kind!!

Liked: The food at the onsite restaurant was very good.
Disliked: The staff were not helpful. Our rooms were never cleaned and we even found a needle on the floor in the one of our rooms.

Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Had to go downstairs to water dispenser to take medicines. Requested bottle waters x2 at check-in and was told they were in the room. They weren't. Went back downstairs and reported the water bottles were not in the room. The front desk clerk pointed to an area and said get it there. I went to the area and it was a water dispenser and uncovered cups. I asked for bottle water and was told they're a dollar each. I requested 2 and asked for it to be added to the room bill. He said "no" cash only. I did not bring cash downstairs and was told to go get it or use water dispenser. Breakfast was horrible. Only had yogurt & coffee. Juice dispensers looked old and tarnished. Just a few pieces of bead and slides of pound cakes. Flooring not flush to bathroom doorway. Not a good experience.

Disliked: NO PARKING AT THE HOTEL. HAD TO PAY $25.00 PER DAY FOR PARKING
