Good value for money for...

Liked: Convenient drive to Providence. Plenty of car parking spaces. Comfortable beds. Hot breakfast was provided with a fair range of food but quality was so-so, using disposable utensils. There was only one staff in the breakfast room and she was amazing - constantly keeping the food and beverages refilled. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Sam at the reception who helped us resolve a minor issue. Tea & coffee as well as hot water available at reception. Everything was as shown in website.
Disliked: Road block to carpark due to renovation on one of the days. Luckily there were alternative car parking spaces and so not too much of a problem.

My stay was great and...

Liked: The staffs were professionally and the hotel provides breakfast, it was delicious. It was helpful to switch my check in to 4pm and my check out time to 12pm.this help a lot.
Disliked: The type of pillows
