We only visited for one...

Liked: Was amazed at the size of our room and a beautiful view of the sea. The room was very clean and tidy with a large bathroom including shampoo’s, shower gel so need to take anything with you. We had a lovely cooked breakfast and choice from the continental breakfast bar with lots of options to choose from. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Liked: Hotel is in a fantastic location, a very short walk to the beach. Brighton centre is also walkable albeit quite a lengthy walk. Hotel decor is a little outdated but rooms comfortable and well sized. Parking is very tight if you are in the rear car park, may not be suitable for very large cars - but it is free if there are spaces!Breakfast was average at best - overcooked fried eggs and very watery mushrooms. Continental options were OK.

Liked: Comfortable, spacious and warm room with a nice view. Nice bathroom with a Bath. Very helpful staff and good food. Very close to the beach and perfect connection to the centre.
Disliked: Almost perfect... One small minus: the room has no fridge which would be very convenience in warm days and helpful to put some food or milk for my baby.
