Disliked: Bkfst had very little to offer. Oatmeal that was not good. You could toast a bagel or bread. Oranges and apples. 5 different topping for the oatmeal. 3 choices of dry cereal with whole milk to put on it. Butter, jam or cream cheese. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, apple juice or orange juice. End of list.

With all the issues, I...

Liked: Andrew and Kimberly were sweet and helpful. They did everything they could to check me in with the system issues they had. The room was decent and nice. Being close to downtown was nice as well.
Disliked: The manager KIM. C shouldn’t be a manager because she wasn’t helpful AT ALL when they had a system issue when checking me in. Check in took over an HOUR and made me late for my mother in laws birthday party, even when I timed everything right with the hour and a half drive up to Prescott and another 30 minutes to Chino Valley.It’s doesn’t say ANYWHERE on booking.com about their $150 deposit OR how they NO LONGER have hot breakfast, just continental breakfast, nothing but carbs and little fruit. The beds were SO uncomfortable, my back was killing me and I didn’t sleep much either both nights. The refrigerator wasn’t working the first day I was there, when I went to see if it was plugged in I found hot Cheetos and a piece of weed down there and Cheetos under the beds. Shows that they just run through the rooms when cleaning, not taking their time like they SHOULD.

Stayed here for 20 years,...

Disliked: We have been staying here for 20 years on an annual trip in the area. Apparently it's on the new ocean with massive changes. Are used to serve breakfast eggs breakfast meat waffles really large good spread . This is one of the attractions for paying top dollar for staying there. As of January 1, 2025 . Only have one they called me to come and grab cereal and bagels... I look like Motel six $150 bond that they hold for 10 days in case you're trash the room, I'm 77 I think those days are over.. Apparently that's a best Western thing never stay in one of them again.. Mine to the desk guy that I heard mice in the wall in our room and he could've cared less I would never stay here again and highly recommend no one else does total disappointment.
