Liked: Great location, friendly counter staff. Clean and bright
Disliked: Heating cooling unit in our room was so loud we could barely sleep, staff did not offer any accommodation when we complained, just said they were sorry to hear it.Security outside was questionable, loud partying and drinking in parking lot went on til nearly 5am. Seemed strange for what looked like a family friendly location. Disappointing

Liked: Staff are nice and helpful. Room is clean and quiet. Towels are clean and fluffy. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great. There's a bus stop in front and at the back of the hotel.

The property is always clean...

Liked: We stay there often, the rooms on the 6th floor are a perfect size and the two TVs are great for the kids and us parents to watch different programs. We really enjoy the breakfasts and coffee in the premier lounge. Our kids love the pool and waterside and it’s the perfect depth for them and the slide isn’t too intimidating for them.
Disliked: I always enjoy staying there. Only one thing that happened this last stay is I booked a larger king suite room on the 6th floor but we were checked into one of the smaller ones. Not sure if there was a price difference but it wasn’t that big of a deal. There was also what seemed like a party happening in the room below us with loud music. My wife called down twice about it as it lasted approximately 30 minutes around 1230am. It ended up getting turned off so it was all good!

Disliked: Pool hours only start at 9am which was too close to our checkout time.Pool is for older children and that's ok, just something I noticed. Great slide and hot tub though!
