Great location, lovely room

Liked: Modern, clean, great sized room
Disliked: We arrived on the day of some kind of marathon. All roads closed, we spent two hours trying to get to the hotel. With the amount of comms before the stay we would have thought alerting us to this would have been part of good customer service. Also room not serviced properly on our second day

Liked: Nice big room and very good facilities. Good baby cot . Excellent bathroom and fast WiFi.
Disliked: The lack of room air-conditioning really affected our experience. Even with the window open the room was too warm and made it difficult for us to have a good night's sleep. The staff didn't seem particularly bothered by our issues. The receptionist shrugged and said.that because it was autumn/winter the air con was automatically turned off. When I explained that this didn't help us reduce the room from a far too warm 25 degrees, he offered a fan. Only when it was a bit cooler outside on the final night did the room become cool enough for a decent night's sleep.
