Comfortable and good overnight stop;...
Liked: Easy to find, easy to park. Nice large room, nice dinner (did not have breakfast).
Disliked: Room had issues: could not make TV or safe work; could not get plug to stay in the basin. Did not ask for help as we were only there for one night. Shame as we have stayed at BW before and always found facilities top notch.

The hotel met expectations for...
Liked: The lighting although the switches were confusing. I also liked the ample parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, which is good and more than I expected.
Disliked: The shower cubicle is one of the smallest I have seen and does not match the medium sized room. The lobby has a low ceiling and echoes the voices of staff. The gym does not have any airconditioning and so I moved back to the room to finish my exercises.

Beautiful hotel which could be wonderful...
Liked: Beautiful building in quiet surroundings well outside the unappetising city of Cosenza. The room was comfortable and quiet, the staff friendly and multilingual. Breakfast was great with a wide ranging choice of sweet and savoury. They are dog friendly. Christmas decorations were a joy to behold.
Disliked: The electric car charging arrangements left a lot to be desired. Only one of the cables was actually working, and it took 5 hrs 10 minutes to charge my car! However, the service was free, which was a huge plus!The WiFi was not stable enough for a video call.Pity too, with such a bright, warm hotel, that the breakfast room had no natural light.

Adequate for a one nightery, staff were very helpful and friendly.
Liked: The room was fine, all clean and tidy, good bathroom.
Disliked: Location was not as we expected, I think the hotel was really a conference hotel and used by business travellers being out of town in a sort of semi industrial zone. Also asked to pay 33 Euro to use spa.
