Liked: Very clean, friendly staff. Very quiet.
Disliked: Not able to open windows, I love a good morning breeze, but definitely understandable because of hotel insurance liability.

Disappointing

Liked: We needed a place to stay for my grandmother's funeral. Upon getting here everything seemed great. When looking around we found that the complimentary lotion and conditioner where halfway gone never even changed out the, curtains wouldn't close all the way allowing light in (also very dirty), the bed had a huge crater in it and was very lumpy. Also the alarm clock started making a horrible buzzing noise when we were trying to go to sleep we had to unplug it and shut it in the bathroom. Needless to say we did not get a drop of sleep here there was even people in the room above us stomping on the floor all night it sounded like they were rearranging a room right above us. And ps there was a huge cockroach in the lobby

Needs more updates and cleaning

Disliked: Someone has left dirty towels in my shower I went to management talked to them about it there were baby roaches in the bathroom. My bedside desk drawer will not close

Liked: The location and the cleanness of the property.
Disliked: I liked everything about the property other than the staff who didn’t give me the room I paid for on booking. I was given a room without the sofa bed!
