Very good

Liked: There is a free shuttle bus to the airport and it’s very close to the airport. I stayed because I had a very early flight.
Disliked: If you are a sensitive sleeper the planes land right above you so you’re gonna hear loud noises from Plain

Unhappy customer!!!

Liked: How close it was to where we needed to be
Disliked: The room was disgusting very hot temp wouldnt move from 75 even tho ac was on pool was freezing cold towels and blankets had nasty chunks of idk on thenm ther was no fan in bathroom half the machines in gym didnt work place stunk bad and neibours were very loud

Parking is wearisome. Rooms are...

Liked: The day staff were friendly, accomodating and agreeable.
Disliked: Self parking in a covered parking outside the hotel. I could only find parking on the 4th floor, the parking lot does not connect to the hotel. I walked in the cold and wind from the car down four flights to the hotel and then got charged for the parking space :(You have to take a separate elevator to move from the 4th floor to the 5 floor. Elevators are very old and slow.The night staff seemed checked out.The desk chair in the room was useless. Couldn't sit at the desk because of this chair.Couldn't find a power plug close to the bed to connect my laptop in bed.
